Bubble Gum Sigma MixerBubble Gum Sigma Mixer Machine is uses for kneading high viscous bubble gum base materials made of rubber. Machine is having heavy duty design with suitable gauge metal in bowl, blade, cover and jacket for heavy structure to deal with high viscous gum base. Subsequent higher capacity motor and sturdy gearbox provided matching to product parameters. Jacket is offered with mild steel or stainless steel for heating and cooling requirements.

Chewing Gum Sigma Mixer Machine is having usage in mixing centre filled bubble gum base, chicklets chewing gum base etc.

Salient Features

  • Available in Stainless Steel 316 and Stainless Steel 304 materials.
  • Stainless Steel polish to matt & mirror finish as per customer’s requirements.
  • Mild Steel finish with one coat of red oxide and two coats of epoxy paint.
  • Discharge option of hand wheel operated (manual) or hydraulic operated (automatic) offered.
  • Jacket for heating or cooling application can be offered.
  • Mineral wool insulation with cladding on jacket.
  • Tangential designed ‘Z’ blades offered for uniform mixing.
  • PTFE made shaft sealing provided for food grade compatibility.
  • Minimum gap between trough inner shell & Sigma mixer blades remove possibility of sticking product.
